The short version

This website collects as little as possible. No advertising trackers, no fingerprinting, no tracking cookies and no accounts for visitors. The personal data we receive is what you type in yourself: a contact message, a request to talk to a professional, or an application to join as a professional.

Who is responsible

Robin Hood Network is run by NovaVita Network, the Netherlands. You reach us through the contact page. The registered name, KvK number and postal address of the legal entity will be published here as soon as the incorporation is complete.

What this website processes

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical request data such as IP address, requested URL, browser type and timestamp to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is standard for any website and is based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are retained by the provider for a limited period.

Contact form. When you send a message we process your name, email address, chosen topic and message text. The legal basis is your request to be contacted (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The message is delivered to our mailbox through an email service provider (Resend). We keep it as long as needed to handle your request and then delete it, unless you ask us to keep working together.

Fonts. Fonts are self-hosted with the site. No request goes to a font provider when you visit.

What this website does not do

No analytics scripts, no advertising networks, no social media pixels, no cross-site tracking, no profiling. If we ever add a privacy-respecting form of usage measurement, this page will say so before it is switched on.

The anonymous poll

The Find Your Way tool counts the answers people give, so the network can show how many people share each problem. What is stored is the answer itself, the language of the page, whether it was a phone or a desktop, and the hour it happened. No IP address, no cookie, no account, no device fingerprint, and nothing that links one visit to another. Each run gets a random number that exists only while you use the tool. Because no person can be identified from it, this is not personal data. The counts are published on the numbers page and shared with the products in the network, which count their own wizards the same way.

Donations

If you support the network with a gift, the payment runs through Stripe, on Stripe's own form. Stripe's script loads only at that moment, never before. We store the amount, whether it is monthly, the project and the language. No name, no email address, no card data. A monthly gift can be stopped any time through the link in Stripe's email.

Talking to a professional

If you ask through a network project to talk to a tax adviser, lawyer or coach, we store your question, name, email address, phone number if you give one, a link to your report if the project adds one, the moments you chose and the moment you consented.

Before anyone accepts, professionals in your field see only your question, the project, the report link and your moments. Your name, email address and phone number go only to the one professional who accepts. Requests are deleted six months after the conversation date, or earlier on request. Professionals are independent: what you agree with them after the free introduction is between you and them.

Professionals who join

If you apply as a professional, we store your name, email address, firm, phone number, website, field, register and registration number, hourly rate, languages, countries, the projects you chose and your note. We use them to check your registration or certification in public registers and to send you requests.

When you accept a request, the client sees your name, firm, email address, phone number and hourly rate. Your details stay with us while you take part and are deleted when you ask us to remove you.

The JusAlly desk

JusAlly runs its own lawyer desk inside the network. The network's back office only reads anonymous counts from it, such as how many lawyers are available. No names, questions or contact details from JusAlly are shared with this website.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies. It may set purely functional storage (for example remembering that you dismissed a notice) which contains no personal data and is not shared with anyone.

Individual projects

FineFix, Train Hopper, NaVi and the other projects are separate products with their own privacy policies. When you open one of them you leave this website. Read their policy there. Where a project handles legal, tax, immigration or health-related information, it says so explicitly and explains what it stores.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable format. Send your request through the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority.

Where data is processed

The site is served from Vercel's global network. Contact emails pass through Resend. Both providers operate under the GDPR with standard contractual clauses where data leaves the European Economic Area. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced on the site.
